Civil Engineering student shares study abroad experience
The Guardian has published its guide for students preparing to receive their A-level results ahead of the confirmation and clearing processes that will start on 15 August. The guide includes an article about studying overseas as part of a degree and features a case study from one of our MEng Civil Engineering students, Daniel Aiken, who has just completed the third year of his MEng Civil Engineering course at Hong Kong University.
Students studying MEng Civil Engineering or MEng Civil & Structural Engineering at Newcastle University can apply to spend the third year of their course studying abroad. This year students from our Civil Engineering courses studied in Sweden, Singapore, the USA, and Hong Kong. Find out more on our study abroad pages.
