SALT logoThe Sustainable Business Models for Assisted Living Technologies & Services (SALT) project aims to design scalable assistive technologies and services for independent healthy living.

The Project brings together multidisciplinary researchers with practitioners from business, health and social care services, government agencies, third sector organisations and user groups to develop innovative, workable, scalable and sustainable solutions and design business models for scalable assistive technologies and services to promote sustainable market development for independent healthy living.

There are seven individual work packages:

  • Engagement and Dissemination

These themes of activity will enable the understanding of the factors that promote or inhibit the uptake, use and integration of assistive technologies for older people living in the community from a user-centred perspective.
