The Biology of Ageing e-Science Integration and Simulation system (BASIS)

The Biology of Ageing e-Science Integration and Simulation system (BASIS) was designed as a web-based Computational Systems Biology application serving the biology-of-ageing research community. The system:

offered SBML model building, storage and stochastic simulation via secure web services and
provided computing power that could be shared within the Systems Biology research community.
