This subject is offered by the School of Historical Studies.
Subject summary
The study of prehistoric, Roman and early medieval archaeology.
There are no special requirements for taking archaeology, as most A level subjects prove to be relevant at some point in such a broad discipline. We welcome students who have already gained some practical experience, but this is not essential.
