IT Support Analyst

Salary £20,474-£23,305 pa (inc London Weighting) depending on relevant knowledge and skills

The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world.

The IT department supports all staff and student computing through the Institute.  The principal duties of the post holder will be to provide 1st and 2nd line support to users and infrastructure.  They will also be tasked with troubleshooting and supporting networks (wired and wireless), hardware maintenance, desktop upgrades, purchasing and research, general administrative duties and assisting senior IT staff.  Exposure to other aspects of running a busy IT department will be provided, as well as the potential for developmental project work and training.

Applications will be accepted from graduates with a relevant degree in Information Systems, Networking or Computer Science or equivalent, together with experience of working in a busy IT environment.
