Francis Tam (Nokia) research visit

The main aims of this visit are (i) exchange of insights and experience of dependability research from the academic and industrial perspectives, (ii) development of a plan for future exchange activities between CSR/the School of Computing Science and Nokia Research Centre, (iii) enhancement of PG taught modules relating to resilience of computing infrastructures, specifically in the areas of fault tolerance and service upgrading, and via the incorporation of current industry-based case studies and (iv) development of a white paper on rigorous engineering of systems capable of dynamic upgrading.
