Lecture theatres with data/video projection and a designated video conference facility are complemented by a wide range of seminar rooms for meetings from 2-500 delegates.

- Bedson Building and Bedson Teaching Centre - in addition to the 280 seat lecture theatre in the Bedson Building, the adjacent Bedson Teaching Centre has a 120 seat lecture theatre and a further 8 classrooms sitting 28-100.
- Clement Stephenson Lecture Theatre - 150 seat, tiered lecture theatre, situated on the ground floor of the Agriculture Building.
- Devonshire Building - Built around a central atrium that rises up the entire height of the building the Devonshire building includes a suite of 3-4 meeting rooms on the ground floor, accommodating 15-60.
- Herschel Building - tiered seating for 374, and a suite of adjacent lecture theatres, the Herschel building is an ideal venue for larger conferences.
- Kings Hall - seating up to 500 people, this is an ideal location if you're looking for an impressive venue.
- Kings Road Centre - recently refurbished and refitted to provide 5 separate rooms with seating capacities from 15 - 300, catering for varying needs.
- Medical and Dental School - an excellent venue for large conferences. Please note that due to teaching requirements availability of these rooms is limited.
- Merz Court - an ideal venue if you are looking for accommodation for schools groups or examinations.
- Percy Building - located at top of the University quadrangle, the Percy Building offers a traditional ambience, comprising 2 lecture theatres, seating 98, and two smaller break-out rooms
- Ridley Building - two-tiered lecture theatres sitting 160+, together with several classrooms providing breakout areas. Please note that due to teaching requirements availability of these rooms is limite
