Your graduate ticket and up to two guest tickets are free of charge, and include:
- entry to the Congregation ceremony the King's Hall, Armstrong Building.
- entrance to the post-ceremony reception on campus
This standard allocation of tickets is guaranteed as long as you
- submit your online application to attend Congregation before the deadline
- state on the application that you would like the two free King's Hall tickets.
Tickets are not posted out. They are available for collection by the candidate only, from The Boilerhouse, King's Road on the day of the ceremony.
Please bring photographic ID with you.

Children are welcome to attend. They must be under the direct supervision of an adult guest.
The adult guest should remove the child if they become restless, so as not to disrupt proceedings.
Children aged over five will need their own ticket. Children under five won't need a ticket, if they'll be sitting on the knee of a guest with a ticket.
Special seating arrangements
Please inform us of any specific access requirements you or your guests may have, by completing the relevant section of the application form when you submit your Congregation application.
Tickets are non-refundable, except when a student does not pass their course in time to attend the Congregation ceremony.
