- Note the date and time of your ceremony.
- Submit an online application to attend your ceremony by 15 October 2012. Eligible candidates will receive an e-mail from the Congregations Office on 14 September 2012, inviting them to apply to attend their ceremony. If you do not receive this, you can request login details so that you can apply.
- Receive an e-mail confirming your reserved place and your ticket allocation, during week beginning 22 October 2012.
- Pay for any extra tickets you've been allocated, between 22 October and 5 November 2012. The email which you receive during week beginning 22 October 2012 (your ticket allocation email) will tell you how to do this.
- Return your Gown Hire Form to Gray & Son Robemakers by 19 November 2012, in order to book your academic dress. If you have not returned your gown hire form by this date, you will still be able to hire academic dress on the day, but you will have to pay by cash - no other method of payment will be accepted.
- Pass your course by 14 November 2012.
