World-famous body engineer Stelarc discusses the potential for body preservation in both life and death. Using controversial techniques such as body hacking, neural implants and prosthetic augmentation, can the dead, the near-dead and the yet to be born now exist simultaneously?
Stelarc is currently Chair in Performance Art at Brunel University West London and is Senior Research Fellow in the MARCS Labs at the University of Western Sydney. His artwork is represented by the Scott Livesey Galleries in Melbourne.
