The Inter-Regional Information Society Initiative (IRISI) is a pilot action of the European Commission focused in six European regions. The project sought to provide a learning evaluation, running in tandem with the development of the IRISI regions and providing feedback to the IRISI regions. CURDS Contribution to the evaluation concentrated on the inter-regional networking aspects of the initiative.
