Dr Bob Wassell leads a team of over 20 expert clinicians, teachers and researchers who contribute to the course.
This intensive two-year programme will appeal to dentists wanting to enhance their skills and knowledge within Restorative Dentistry (Prosthodontics, Periodontology and Endodontology) to an advanced level.
The course has an excellent international reputation attracting students both from around the world and the UK. Many of our Specialist Registrars in Restorative Dentistry have benefitted from the programme. Previous graduates can be found in prestigious practices, senior academic posts and in hospital consultant positions.
Around two thirds of the course comprises clinical, diagnostic and laboratory work for patients. We also provide a comprehensive seminar programme and the opportunity of carrying out a research project allied to the School’s research strategy. We encourage our students to publish their research work in scientific journals.
