Training and Development in Equality and Diversity

If you would like to go into more detail about Diversity and how it affects you at work, as a member of staff, there are staff development workshops available for managers/leaders in the Staff Development Unit Open Programme and for all new staff as part of Induction. There is an online learning package available in the Learning Resources Section of Staff Development.

The Equality and Diversity Team are also happy to work in partnership with managers and staff to develop tailored packages to meet their needs.
