The Toolkit is a compilation of information about support at the University for disabled employees The Toolkit contains information about:

  • How a disability is defined under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995
  • A list of the responsibilities of your manager and Human Resources, Occupational Health and other University staff who can help you
  • A summary of the procedure to be followed to decide what support you need and who will follow this up within an action plan
  • A list of the other people inside the University and external organisations who can help you and your manager
