Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team

Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team Newcastle’s team has representation from both men and women, at different stages of their academic careers and administrative support to facilitate the meeting and actions of the group.

Their remit is to:

  1. Act as a steering group for the assessment, action plan and implementation
  2. Communicate actions back to their area of work
  3. Act as champion of the action plan
