Aimed at: as part of their Induction, all new staff employed by the University

Workshop Overview

In this workshop we explore the equality and diversity implications of our behaviour and the decisions and choices we make, when we deal with people at work and study. We focus on contributing to a positive working environment, examine steps for prevention but also prepare you for what to do if any negative work or study situation does arise. We will also be looking at issues in dignity at work and study and where they will apply to your work at the University.
