The North Leadership Centre (NLC) is part of the School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences at Newcastle University.
NLC works with schools, colleges and other public sector organisations to deliver high quality leadership development programs, focused around client needs. Internationally, NLC provides training, program design and Quality Assurance for a major EU funded project to develop middle management training for the Ministry of Education in Egypt. In total, 880 staff were trained in Egypt with 660 proceeding to Newcastle for a further 40 days of development activity. NLC’s contributions to training received enthusiastic evaluations.
