Current Work

My work currently deals with voice-based interaction in computer-mediated media, task-based interaction, English as a lingua franca interaction, and institutional discourse.

I am currently working on an edited volume, entitled 'Conceptualising Learning in Applied Linguistics', to be published in 2010 by Palgrave MacMillan (with Paul Seedhouse and Steve Walsh).

Also in preparation and review are several book chapters and journal articles to be published late 2009 and early 2010.
