Congratulations to Panagiotis Asimakopoulos and Alex Yakovlev (of EECE) and Nikolaos Minas (of IMEC, previously EECE) and their co-authors for winning the best paper award at ICMTS 2011, the 24th IEEE International Conference on Microelectronic Test Structures, Amsterdam.

Their paper entitled "An efficient array structure to characterize the impact of through silicon vias on FET devices" was presented by Dan Perry of Qualcomm, San Diego, in April 2011 in Amsterdam. Their award will be presented at ICMTS 2012.
