We offer several research degree programmes in the School of English Literature, Language and Linguistics:

Our research students are assigned supervisors who are recognized specialists in their chosen areas.

Supervisors keep in regular contact with our students, giving advice on reading, the efficient use of research facilities and fostering the development of their work.
Full-time and most part-time MLitt students begin their studies in September. (Part-time students may, however, start in January, or April).
