The Sir Joseph Swan Centre for Energy Research is housed in the award winning Devonshire Building, at the heart of the University campus.
The building was conceived as a flagship environmental building, adopting the highest standards of sustainable design, and since its completion has won several prestigious awards for environmental architecture and construction. Some of these awards can be seen in the display cabinet opposite the Reception desk on the ground floor.
