  • Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS)
  • Helium Ion Microscopy (HIM)
  • Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM)
  • Scanned Probe Microscopy (SPM), including Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)

Micro-electromechanical (MEMS) devices for

  • Precision force measurement and calibration (e.g. for AFM)
  • Biological and chemical sensing
