| Online Energy Survey link emailed to building users | Linked to a prize draw to win an Energy Saving Hamper worth £100, this 5 minute survey aims to find out building users' opinions about energy use at the University and to gather information on current energy use behaviours. It is also an opportunity to raise any energy issues and suggestions for saving energy in their building. | Wednesday before main activity week |

| Email to all building users | Introducing Switch Off 2010 (with a pdf of main leaflet attached) and informing building users of all the activities happening over the week. | Monday |
| Switch Off 2010 Lunch | Buffet lunch for building users, providing another opportunity to chat with ESS Sustainability Team members and each other and to feed in opinions, issues and ideas about energy use on campus. The Energy Saving Hamper prize draw winner will also be picked. | Wednesday or Thursday lunch |
