Sustainability Team
The Sustainability Team is part of the Facilities Management division of the Estate Support Service. The team is responsible for a variety of environmental sustainability issues, including energy and waste management. As a central service, our purpose is to introduce systems and processes to demonstrate continuous improvement in environmental performance, ensuring best practice, statutory compliance and value for money.
Matt Dunlop - Energy Manager
Matt is responsible for the University's Carbon Management Plan, and oversees the energy and carbon management of the University. Matt also manages the Sustainability Team.

George Chambers - Assistant Energy Manager
George runs the Building Management System (BMS) which controls the heating and cooling systems across campus. George also looks after the technical aspects of our utilities consumption, such as the electricity meters.

Salvador Bravo-Najera
Salvador is responsible for EcoCampus, our Environmental Management System (EMS). The University is working towards obtaining the Platinum award in 2012(equivalent to ISO 14001). Salvador's main role is to to implement and communicate the EMS to University stakeholders.

Zoe Webb
Zoe is the Biodiversity Coordinator and is responsible for the implementation of the University's Biodiversity policy. Zoe helps to engage staff and the local community with biodiversity on campus.
