Kensington & Park Terrace Student Accommodation
The overall project requires student accommodation throughout Park and Kensington Terrace providing around 347 bed spaces. Planning approval was received in July 2011 and the project is currently out to tender. Park Terrace will be demolished to make way for two new buildings. Kensington Terrace will be predominantly refurbished however some of the existing off-shots will be demolished and a new build mews block will be introduced to the rear of the Terraces. 
All areas between the blocks will be landscaped. Stopping up of the rear road to Kensington and Park Terraces is progressing and a small amount of upgrading work will be carried out. The First phase of the construction work which is demolition and new build throughout Park Terrace will start May 2012. Kensington Terrace will then follow a year later in April 2013 with an overall estimated completion August 2014.
