Improvement Works

The Improvements Team is a professional design and project management team, specialising in the refurbishment, extension and renovation across the diverse range of Newcastle University buildings.

We provide an extensive range of services which we tailor to the size and complexity of your particular requirements.

We can help with:

  • full project design and procurement
  • project administration and management
  • mechanical and electrical enhancements and upgrades
  • Disability Discrimination Act advice and guidance
  • 3D computer visualisations

All works are carried out in line with our Service Level Standard.
