Do you know where your food comes from? How does it reach you? What goes in to producing it? What about the packaging it comes in? Is it really true that you are what you eat? And what about the food that doesn’t get eaten? We’ll explore all of these issues and more, looking at what it takes to put your food on your plate and how your choices of food have an impact across the world. We’ll also look at ways of using packaging and discarded food as sources of energy and much more and will give you the change to make something from the things you would normally throw away!
