ACADEMIC BOARD : NOTICE OF MEETING/PROCEDURE
A meeting of Academic Board will be held on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 at 1 pm in the Curtis Auditorium, Herschel Building.
Agenda will be placed on the Academic Board website approximately one week before the meeting and all members will be notified by email from the Registrar when this has been done. The Minutes/Notes of previous meetings will also be available. See: Minutes
Members are particularly asked to note the deadline regarding the submission of motions for inclusion in the agenda under members’ business, as follows:
Members’ business, i.e. any motion, notice of which has been given to the Registrar in writing signed by not less than ten members not later than ten days before the date of the meeting, i.e. by not later than Friday, 28 April 2017.
The Vice-Chancellor will be pleased to respond to questions from members of Academic Board at the meeting, but would be grateful to receive written notification of these, as far as possible, by noon on Wednesday, 3 May 2017. Please submit questions to firstname.lastname@example.org
