Antony is the Chief Executive of Motivait, the Customer and Employee Engagement Company and Chairman of Sepalo, the secure payment and loyalty solution specialist. Antony has over thirty years of experience in the European IT industry covering the full spectrum of organisations from entrepreneurial start-ups to the largest multinational corporations. He has held senior management positions spanning different geographies, functional responsibilities and a wide range of differing solution areas and technologies. Most recently he served for 8 years as Chief Executive of The Logic Group, leading its transformation into the UK’s leading Payments, Loyalty and Security Company. He also spent over 16 years with the Fujitsu Group including a period as Executive Vice President of Fujitsu Siemens Computers with worldwide responsibility for all sales, marketing and service operations.

Antony graduated in Politics at Newcastle University in 1980 and in addition to his activities as an employer with committed industrial placement and graduate programmes, maintains strong links with the University on a number of other fronts. He holds both the elected roles of Chair of Convocation and Honorary President of the Students Union and was a founding member of the Business School International Advisory Board with a focus on developing the School’s visibility, strategic positioning and engagement with external organisations. A member of the University Court, his particular interests include student employability, widening participation, communications and internationalisation.  Antony was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the University in 2007.

Married with two daughters, Antony is also a Director of the Royal Grammar School Foundation in Guildford and spends his time between his businesses in the UK and Spain. In addition to his interest in education, he struggles to find occasional time for sailing – a lifetime love - or trying to improve his golf, which he regards as more of a lifetime challenge.
