User Registration
Please note , it is essential that all University users register with the core facility , the Bio COSHH declaration on the user registration is signed , and initial instrument training is carried out by a memeber of the core facility staff.

Core Facility working hours
Flow Cytometry core facility hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Friday, for the placement of staff during those hours please see Staff Placement as detailed in the instrument booking calendar system.
Any work requiring core facility staff support outside of these hours should be discussed with the core facility manager who will aim to accommodate any reasonable requests.
For core staff support within normal working hours please liaise with the appropriate core staff member to arrange mutually convenient time for the support you require.
If work is agreed to be done and or supervised outside the normal working hours the normal instrument cancellation policy does not apply , charges will be incurred as soon as the instrument is booked.
Flow Cytometry support is not available on University or Bank holidays .
