Development of the institution’s corporate governance structure and rules, and the conducting of business in accordance with those rules.
Information relates to the way the University is governed and how decisions are made. It includes information on the legal status of the University, which individual member of staff or group within the University is responsible for specific functions and where they fit in the overall structure of the University.
In some instances information from committee minutes will be exempt from disclosure where it contains personal information or information that may damage the commercial interests of the University or which may threaten the health and safety of specific individuals.
