Requests for Information About Yourself
Under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 you may ask the University to provide you with any information that relates directly to yourself as an individual. Please complete a Subject Access Request Form.
The University charges a £10 administration fee for this service, which is non-refundable. The University must be in receipt of both the written request, proof of identity (e.g. photocopy of the passport ID page, driving licence, birth certificate) and the £10 fee before information will be released. The University is obliged to respond to your request within 40 days of receiving it.
