Access to Personal Data
Where no consent for disclosure has been given, or where the document in question is not intended for public consumption - the University does not intend to publish anything that contains personal data.
Subject to certain exemptions, individuals have the right to access information about themselves under the Data Protection Act 1998. Such requests will be assessed by the University on a case by case basis.
Please send requests for access to information under the Data Protection Act to the University Data Protection Officer . All requests must be in writing.
