The Freeman Hospital is an 800 bed tertiary
referral centre in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The hospital is a teaching hospital for the
University of Newcastle upon Tyne medical school.
The echocardiography department is a busy clinical unit with strong research  and teaching interests. This website is, we believe, the first echo web site in the U.K. or Ireland. Our site is currently under construction and we hope to add more features over the next few weeks.
