Leave a Gift in Your Will
One of the easiest ways to support the work of the University is by leaving provision in your Will that will enhance our ability to deliver transformational change in the future.
Once you have thought about what types of area you would like to support, a member of the Team will be happy to talk to you about University priorities and suggest wording which best suits your wishes and those of the University. We also advise that at every step of the way, you speak to your financial advisor or solicitor about specific issues regarding your Estate.
As the University enjoys charitable status, making provision in your Will means your Estate can benefit from significant tax benefits and if you leave 10 per cent to charity in your Will, you can take advantage of recently introduced IHT discounts.

Joining the Armstrong Circle
When you make a pledge to the University, you automatically become part of the Armstrong Circle. Established in 2009, this group is invited annually to meet the Vice-Chancellor and find out more about the work of the University. We are committed to ensuring your wishes are met and the Armstrong Circle is a way to ensure we can keep you informed and involved.
