Professor William Outhwaite new published book

William Outhwaite has published one of the first books in a new series on Critical Theory and Contemporary Society, edited by Darrow Schecter (Sussex) and publsihed by Continuum (New York).

William's book covers the response by critical theorists from Max Horkheimer and his associates in the 1930s to Axel Honneth and others in the present to the state  of European society.

Other books in the series include Fabio Vighi (Cardiff) on Critical Theory and Film, Hauke Brunkhorst (Flensburg) on Critical Theory and legal Theory and Darrow Schecter's own book on Critical Theory in the Twenty-First Century.
