DTC part student funding with the Scottish Refugee Council

Focussing on how young asylum seekers’ construct their identities and create meaning in times of change and uncertainty, and the subsequent implications of these for their sense of belonging and social inclusion.

 

 

This research will seek to identify how these influence their self-understanding, the extent to which they can claim ownership over their identities and how this in turn affects their ability to develop a sense of belonging in Scotland.
