Introduction

Ranald is Principal Research Associate in CURDS, he is also Director for Society in SiDE (Social Inclusion through the Digital Economy)a £12m EPSRC-funded Digital Hub based at Newcastle University. Currently he is also a Beacon Fellow for Engagement. Ranald's research interests relate to societal and spatial implications of developments in information and communication technologies for corporate organisation, work, employment and social inclusion.
