My research interests are in the fields of gender, gender based violence, post-conflict peacebuilding, and civil society.  My PhD research explored the effects of post-conflict peacebuilding on women, more specifically survivors of wartime sexual violence in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina.  I am currently working on the Economic and Social Research Council funded project: Localising international law: examining the outreach strategies of the war crimes chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina with Dr. Alex Jeffrey.
