Esteem Indicators

Co-winner of the 2007 Edmund Keely book award for Famine and Death in Occupied Greece, 1941-44. Cambridge Studies in Population, Economy, and Society in Past Times Series, (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2006). I  have been invited to conferences and meetings in Oxford; Hydra, Greece; Fondation des Treilles, Nice, France; Rethimno, Greece; and Florence, Italy.
