Your first point of contact for all Student Services is the Student Engagement Team.
The Student Services helpdesk opening hours are:
- 09:30 to 16:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- 10:00 to 16:30 on Wednesday only
The Student Services telephone lines operating hours are:
- 09:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- 10:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 16:30 Wednesday only

Offering you expert advice
The Student Engagement Team - based in King's Gate - can offer you expert advice. They will be able to answer many of your questions directly and can signpost you to colleagues within the integrated services if needed.
