The University has been advised by the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) that the national pay negotiations for 2012-13 have now been concluded and the pay settlement of 1% should now be implemented. The University will be implementing the 1% pay award, which is backdated to 1 August 2012, in December’s pay. The updated single pay spine is now available on the HR Website at http://www.ncl.ac.uk/hr/pay/
The pay settlement also includes a commitment to join working on some equality-related issues raised as part of the trade unions’ claim.
