Additional Evidence Required

In order to ensure that your passport is processed as quickly as possible you will need to provide some additional information:

  • ID with photograph
  • Two references (preferably from your PI and Head of School)
  • Verification of permission to work/study in the UK (e.g. passport)
  • A short CV using the appropriate template
  • Evidence of your current professional registration (where applicable)
  • Evidence of your most recent qualifications and training certificates
  • Evidence of your current address no older than 3 months

Photocopies of these documents, which have been signed and verified by your School Manager, should accompany your initial application. We will not be able to process your Research Passport without them.
