Spotlight Awards
This section of the HR website contains all the information and documentation relating to our Spotlight Award Scheme.
This scheme has been designed to allow University managers the opportunity to formally recognise the achievements and efforts of staff as and when they feel it is appropriate. In particular, awards are designed to recognise performance against the following criteria:
- Demonstrating role model behaviour – being an example for others to follow.
- Going the extra mile – showing a commitment to succeed above and beyond normal expectations.
- Enhancing our reputation – showing the University in the best possible light.
- Delivering excellence – making sure that internal and external customers’ needs are exceeded.
- Demonstrating an outstanding commitment to enhancing the student experience.
