Alcohol Wellbeing

The University is committed to supporting the health, welfare and safety of all of our staff and students, and to providing a safe and healthy environment for all members of our community.

The Joint Staff and Student Alcohol Wellbeing Policy sets out the University’s stance on the sensible use of alcohol in the University community, strongly encouraging education and personal responsibility on the subject.

Guidelines are available for: Staff, Managers and Students

These include signposting to further Alcohol Resources.

In addition, the University has produced some Advisory Information to compliment these resources.

If you have a serious concern about the welfare of anyone on campus and you feel they are in immediate danger, please contact University Security on 6-666 who are open 24/7.
