All of our postgraduate students have access to the friendly Graduate School team who can provide you with information, support and advice on matters relating to your postgraduate studies. You can visit us to at one of our open days.
Postgraduate study at Newcastle
Postgraduate students have a personal supervisor or tutor within your own academic school. Your tutor is a first point of contact to discuss queries related to your programme of study and can direct you to appropriate support services for any personal issues. If you want to speak to someone who is independent from your school, we have a private interview room where matters can be discussed in confidence. The faculty also has a tutor who can offer impartial and confidential advice at any stage of your research.
