The outcomes of the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise (RAE) rated 53% of the research in the Faculty as world-leading or internationally excellent.
The RAE also highlighted the excellent context which the Faculty provides for doctoral research, reflecting the close integration which we seek to achieve between our graduate students and our academic staff research activity.
