Nutrition & Healthy Ageing
Principle Investigator for a portfolio of research projects in the areas of nutrition and the prevention of common non-transmissible diseases including colon cancer and cardiovascular disease.
This work includes studies on the biological basis of ageing and ranges from molecular and cell biological studies, through investigations in human volunteers to nutritional epidemiology.
