EMAGE and EMAP 3D Digital Atlas Courses

As the EADHB database is based on the EMAGE database information and support for EMAGE may also be helpful to users. The Edinburgh Mouse Atlas group in collaboration with the teaching department of the Rosalind Franklin Centre for Genomics Research (RFCGR) run a 2 day course in the use of the database and mapping software. These are held approximately twice a year, usually once in Edinburgh and once in South East England.
