Welcome to the CHANGE study website. Please read on to find out more about this study which aims to find out what causes one particular heart problem, Tetralogy of Fallot. This site is intended for families with members who have congenital heart disease, for health professionals, and for researchers.

The CHANGE study is supported by the British Heart Foundation and is based at the University of Newcastle’s Institute of Genetic Medicine. Families are recruited from the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle, Leeds General Infirmary, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool.
